We are absolutely committed to offering as broad and comprehensive a service as we possibly can, and that must be reflected in our hierarchy. However, sometimes you will not be able to find a relevant category for your question. In this case you should put your question on hold, and add a new category.

To add a new and more specific category to the hierarchy, use the browse tool to find the category that currently matches the category you want to create most closely, and then click on the icon. You will then be able to enter the details of your new category, including any search keywords and relevant intervening categories.

Once you have suggested your category it will take a short while for the system administrator to review it and add it to the hierarchy - once it has been added you will be messaged. At this point you can return to your question and ask it in the new category.
