The BumperBrain Library of Questions

The BumperBrain Library of Questions is an archive of previously answered questions, and is therefore an invaluable reference tool offering solutions to the more common problems. Both the original inquisitor that asked the question, and the expert that answered it, must agree to add a question to the library, and questions normally expire from the library after a given period.

You can search the library by selecting the appropriate option in the standard search tool, and you can browse the library by clicking on the menu item in the browse tool. Related information in the library may also be linked, in which case you can click straight from one question to other related questions.

When you have a question you need an answer to, you may prefer to first browse or search the library to see if your question has already been (asked and) answered, in which case you have the option to pay to read that answer, instead of posting the question yourself and have one of the BumperBrain experts answer it for you. The advantage of paying to read answers in the library is not just that it is instantaneous, but also that it may even be cheaper since library questions are normally charged at a discount to the original rate.

When you select and pay for an answer from the BumperBrain Library of Questions, in addition to our normal commission the expert also pays the inquisitor who originally asked the question a commission. The implication of this is that if you are the original inquisitor, you may be able to recoup some (or all) of the fee you paid the expert for their answer; and if you are the expert you also benefit, since you may earn additional fees after the answer has been submitted.
