Verifying Information In The Library
The BumperBrain Libraries are an archive of documents and questions (with answers), and are therefore an invaluable reference tool offering solutions to the more common problems.
However, sometimes you will encounter information that may now be out-of-date, or that you otherwise believe may no longer be valid. In this case, you can either request confirmation that the information is still valid, or you can suggest that the information needs to be retired from the library.
Please note that if you are in any way unsure, it is important to request confirmation that the document or answer that you are interested in is valid before you buy it from the library.
To request confirmation that a document or answer is still valid, or to suggest that you believe it is no longer valid, select the appropriate option from the drop-down listbox while previewing the potentially out-of-date information. You will then be told if and when the information was last verified, and invited to enter any notes or thoughts you may have for the person who will review and verify the information (ie. the expert who provided it) - if you have a particular reason for believing that it is no longer valid, then enter that reason here.
Click on the "Continue" button to confirm your belief that the document or answer needs to be verified (again). If the information is confirmed to be out-of-date, then it will be automatically removed from the library. Either way, if requested you will be notified whether or not the information is still valid.
