Member's Outstanding Questions
When you submit a question it will be placed in your list of Outstanding Questions. When you have viewed and rated the answer to the question (or if you delete it), the question is moved to your list of Resolved Questions. You can toggle between the two lists by clicking on the appropriate icon in the menu.
If the question has not yet been answered, you can review your question at any time by clicking on the question title - you can then update any of the question details, you can list the experts who are eligible to answer it or you can delete it.
In Outstanding Questions, the Status column will indicate the status of your question: whether it has been 'Answered' and is awaiting reading & rating; whether it is 'Pending' and, having accepted an expert, you are awaiting the answer; or whether it has 'Expired'.
Once the question has been answered, clicking on the question title will take you directly to the answer page. You will be able to review full details of the question asked as well as the answer given. Before the question is transferred to the Resolved Questions list, it should be rated. Click on the icon to see and print out an invoice for the question.
The Responses column will indicate the number of responses to your question. By clicking on this number you will be shown full details of these responses. A icon in the Status column indicates that the question has been answered - click on the icon to see and rate the answer given to your question.
Otherwise it will list all the responses given to your question. When you have asked to review experts or you have asked for a quote, experts may offer additional notes. You can see these by clicking on the icon. Alternatively, under every option, the expert may be asking for additional information. You can see the information required by clicking on the icon. For an inscreen presentation of either the additional notes or information required click on the larger icons at the bottom. When you have asked to review answers, all the submitted answers will be displayed.
You can accept the expert, quote or answer by clicking on the appropriate radio button. Alternatively you can wait for more responses.
In the Resolved Questions list you can review all past questions, answered or not. Simply click on the title of the question to see full details of the question and the answer you received. Click on the icon to see the invoice for this question. If there was more than one response to the question, the number of additional responses will be listed at the bottom of the page.
By clicking on the number of additional responses, you will be shown full details of all the submitted responses. At this stage you can choose to accept one or more of the remaining responses by clicking on the appropriate radio button.
