It is easy enough to forget your Password or your Login Name. If you have forgotten the latter you can login using either your Membership Number or E-Mail Address in place of your login name - just fill in the fields you can remember (including your password) and click on the Login button.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use your Membership Number, E-Mail Address or Login Name to see your Password Hint. Simply fill in the fields you can remember in the lower section of the page and click on the Hint button. Remember that passwords are case sensitive, meaning that you must enter your password exactly as you did when you signed up or when you last changed your password.

If you have not created a password hint, please send an email to admin@bumperbrain.com, providing as many details of your account as you possibly can.

You can choose to be logged in automatically into the site and set your Password Hint in the Login Details in the Settings menu. For help on how to do this see the Login Details help pages.
