The Eligible Experts page shows the details of each expert who is eligible to answer your question, or who the system has determined may be able to answer it but is not yet eligible to do so. In the case of experts who may be able to answer your question, ticking a checkbox against their details allows you to make them eligible to answer it.

For each expert, their public name, brief profile - a brief description of the expert, their achievements, their skills and their experience - and ratings will be displayed.

You can send an expert a message by clicking on the icon, or (when available) you can request a live consultation with an expert by clicking on the icon. To see an expert's Full Details click on the expert's membership number/public name.

There are other symbols that provide additional information: the icon indicates that the expert is currently logged in; the icon indicates that the expert is one of your favourite experts; the icon indicates that the expert is on your list of least favourite experts.

Often there will be many experts who are eligible or potentially eligible to answer your question; to see more experts click on the Next and Previous buttons to scroll through more than one page of experts.

When viewing the list of eligible experts, you can click on the menu item to check to see if your question has already been answered in the BumperBrain Library of Questions.
