There are four ways to ask a question. Firstly, whilst browsing, you can ask a question simply by clicking on the Ask an Expert button. The question will be automatically assigned to the category you are in; to change the category click on the category title.

Secondly you can click on Ask an Expert outside of the browser. In this case the Ask an Expert page will, if necessary, have a browser attached so you can choose a category before asking your question.

Thirdly you can ask a specific expert a question by clicking on the icon in My Brain, the experts browser or in the Full Expert Details.

Alternatively if you have a query of a technical nature you can ask a computer technician a question by clicking on the Ask a Technician button. Before doing this however it is advisable to fill out the Computer Details section of the Settings menu. This will provide the expert with basic details of your computer system thus facilitating a more personalised solution to your problem.
