The uppermost section of this page shows the status of your account. The Account Balance signifies the amount of available funds in your account. To ensure that you have always got sufficient funds in your account, the appropriate amount is reserved when you ask a question. These funds are held in escrow until the question has been answered or is deleted. Therefore the Total Balance is the sum of the Account Balance and the Reserved Funds.

To credit your account simply fill in the amount you wish to put into your account in the appropriate field, then click on the Update button. You will then be taken to another screen where you should enter details of the moneybookers transaction in which you sent us the funds to bed added to your account.

To withdraw funds fill in the amount you wish to withdraw in the appropriate field. The funds may be sent to you via moneybookers, or you may be issued with a cheque. To complete the transaction click on the Update button.

To ensure that you always have sufficent funds when you ask a question, your account can be automatically credited. To do this, simply check the box and fill in the minimum amount you wish to debit at a time (note that this is a minimum and that the actual amount may instead be determined by the value of the question asked).
